I’m a women’s wellbeing specialist, somatic practitioner, yoga teacher, bodyworker and musician.
I love dancing to heavy basslines, wandering barefoot through fields, wild swimming, and being in the full reality of life, the beauty, the mess, and everything in between.
I’m not here for the polished, perfection-driven version of wellness. The one that asks women to look a certain way or hold it all together while they’re overwhelmed. That’s not my work.
My approach is grounded in the body. In listening, rather than overriding. In working with your system, not against it.
I work with women who are used to coping, pushing through, and holding a lot. Together, we shift out of that pattern and into a way of living that feels more honest, more sustainable, and more connected.
This work isn’t about getting it right. It’s about building a relationship with yourself that can hold the full spectrum of who you are.
My Approach
My approach is grounded in the understanding that wellbeing is not created through pushing harder or trying to “fix” yourself, but through creating the conditions where the body and nervous system can begin to feel safe enough to soften, restore and reconnect. My work blends Yin Yoga, somatic practices, breath, nervous system education and deep rest to support people living with stress, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion and disconnection from themselves. I create spaces that are calming, grounded and deeply human, where people can slow down, listen to their bodies and build a more sustainable relationship with their wellbeing from the inside out.
