Movement, stillness and the turning seasons

Yoga is a way of coming back to ourselves. A chance to slow down, feel into the body and find a little space away from the demands of everyday life.

My classes draw on yin yoga, seasonal wisdom, somatic practice and yoga nidra. Through stillness, gentle movement, breath and rest, we explore our relationship with the body and the changing rhythms of the natural world.

Some practices invite us to soften and restore. Others encourage curiosity, awareness and a different way of listening to ourselves.

Rooted in the seasons and informed by yoga philosophy, my classes offer space to pause, reconnect and meet yourself where you are.
