I’m a somatic rest guide, yoga teacher, and bodyworker. I support you when you feel overwhelmed or overextended to slow down, soften back into your body, and rebuild nervous system resilience.

I offer one-to-one burnout support and coaching if you feel depleted or stuck. This work is grounded in nervous-system-informed, embodied approaches that prioritise rest, regulation, and sustainable change.

My wider work blends Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, somatic practice, and embodied care to support this process and help you shift out of survival mode and into a steadier way of being.

Alongside this work, I use music and sound in live sessions as a singer-songwriter, and occasionally facilitate voice activation within women’s circles. I also co-create The Heroine’s Path, a collaborative project rooted in somatics, ritual, seasonal cycles, therapeutic practice and guided dream journeys.

This work grew from my own experience of living in a body that was constantly pushing, holding, and coping. For a long time, slowing down felt unsafe, as though everything might fall apart if I stopped.

Discovering Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and somatic practice offered a different way of listening to my body and rebuilding from the inside out. Over time, this became not only personal healing, but the foundation of how I now support others who are tired of managing, striving, or surviving.
