I offer women a nurturing space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with their bodies, creating moments of calm and stillness in the midst of busy lives. Through Yin Yoga, guided Yoga Nidra, mindful breathwork and nervous system regulation, sessions are designed to help women release tension, restore balance, and allow their natural energy and vitality to return. This is a space to pause, breathe, and restore — supporting women to feel grounded, centred, and more at ease in both body and mind.
